Julie B. Albert

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 200, Certified Holistic Health Coach (AADP), Massage Therapist, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate.  My interests include kettlebell training, running, yoga, healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle.  I'm always looking for healthy, holistic solutions for myself and my family.  

I became interested in living in a healthier lifestyle after I was nearly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2007.  I researched inflammation diets and soon realized with a little bit of effort I could be in control of my health.  

Since then, I've made an effort to learn more about how I can help myself and others.  I studied holistic nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.  I enjoy teaching vinyasa, restorative, and kids yoga.  I have experience instructing youth sports teams as well.  I integrate the use of nutrition, yoga, and essential oils to create a tailored wellness plan for you.  Click on the services tab to find out more.
