Long Run 2/14/15

Another week, another long run.  The weather has been really hard to work around.  Thankful we haven't gotten as much snow as the Boston area but dealing with cold temps and hazardous wind conditions has not been fun.  We were able to get out to do our 8 mile long run and it felt great to accomplish that.  I've never ran more than 5 miles in my life so each long run is a victory.  Outside temperature was about 25 and 14mph winds coming from the south.  Here's a picture of the frozen bay in Seaside Park, NJ.  Those are ducks in the bay in the distance.  

Once again, my Vitacoco natural coconut water sports drink saved me from dehydration.  Love this stuff!  Find it exclusively at Target.
